Article 1 – Identity of the Seller

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer.
If specific product or service terms apply in addition to these terms and conditions, the consumer may always invoke the most favorable provision in the event of conflicting conditions.

Article 3 – The Offer

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the seller.
Each offer contains sufficient information to make it clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are involved.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the associated conditions.
The seller confirms receipt of acceptance immediately via electronic means.
As long as the receipt of acceptance is not confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the contract.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day the consumer (or a third party other than the carrier) receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller via an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email or through a return form).
The consumer must return the product within 14 days after notifying the seller of the withdrawal.

Article 6 – Consumer’s Obligations During the Withdrawal Period

During the withdrawal period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

Article 7 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal and Costs

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
The seller shall refund all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery charges (but excluding any additional costs for express delivery), within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned, or the consumer has supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

Products made to the consumer’s specifications;
Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf-life;
Sealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken.

Article 9 – Prices

All product prices listed include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for VAT adjustments or due to force majeure.

Article 10 – Delivery and Performance

The seller shall exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing product orders.
Delivery takes place at the address specified by the consumer.
Orders shall be executed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Article 11 – Payment

Unless otherwise stated, amounts owed must be paid within 14 days from the start of the withdrawal period.
The consumer is responsible for the accuracy of payment details provided.

Article 12 – Complaints

The seller has an established complaints procedure and handles complaints accordingly.
Complaints must be submitted promptly, clearly describing the issue.
The seller shall respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

Article 13 – Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any agreements concluded between the seller and consumer are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
